Binds a work center to a controller device it can be communicated through

createdAt	ISO8601!		ISO-8601 timestamp of when the binding was first created.
deviceId	DeviceID!		TypeID (prefix dev) of the controller device the work center is reached through. The protocol used (JMF/HTTP/SQL/MQTT) comes from the device's own connection config, not from this binding.
id	WorkCenterDeviceID!		TypeID of this binding (prefix wcd). Stable across priority/active changes.
isActive	Boolean!		Whether this controller path may be used. Inactive bindings are retained but skipped when choosing a communication path.
priority	Int!		Preference rank in the controller pool (0 = preferred, ascending = fallback)
updatedAt	ISO8601!		ISO-8601 timestamp of the last change to the binding; equals createdAt until it is first updated or upserted.
workCenterId	WorkCenterID!		TypeID (prefix wcr) of the work center this binding belongs to.
