Input for upserting a work center capability assignment: creates when id is omitted, overwrites when it is supplied.

Fields

capabilityId	CapabilityID!		TypeID of the capability being assigned (prefix "cpb"). Required.
constraints	[CapabilityConstraintScalar!]		Constraint URIs bounding the capability at this work center (e.g. "cap:maxSubstrateWeight:300"). Replaces the stored list wholesale; omit or pass null to record no limits. Unrecognized URIs are rejected.
id	WorkCenterCapabilityID		TypeID of the assignment to overwrite (prefix "wcc"). Omit to create a new assignment with a server-generated id; when supplied and already present, the existing record's createdAt is preserved.
workCenterId	WorkCenterID!		TypeID of the work center to assign the capability to (prefix "wcr"). Required.
