Converged input for createOrderGraph — composes the same Upsert*Input types as the per-resource mutations

Fields

customer	UpsertCustomerInput		Optional inline customer to create. Mutually exclusive with order.customerId. Must not have an id.
lines	[UpsertOrderLineInput!]!		Order lines to create. Each line's orderId is filled in by the resolver. Lines must not carry an id.
order	UpsertOrderInput!		Order header. customerId / billingAddressId / shippingAddressId may be omitted when nested customer / billingAddress / shippingAddress are provided. Must not have an id (createOrderGraph is create-only).
shippingAddress	UpsertAddressInput		Optional inline shipping address to create. Mutually exclusive with order.shippingAddressId. Must not have an id.
