Input for reviseEstimate: supersedes an estimate with a new draft revision that copies all of its lines.

Fields

estimateId	EstimateID!		TypeID (est_…) of the estimate to revise. An already-accepted estimate cannot be revised.
notes	String		Notes for the new revision. When omitted, the original estimate's notes are carried over unchanged.
