Outcome of testStorageBackend: whether the backend is reachable right now, and why not if it isn't.

Fields

error	String		Short, user-facing reason the probe failed (e.g. "bucket 'x' not found", "unauthorized: …"). Null when ok is true; the full error only reaches the server log.
ok	Boolean!		True when the backend's bucket/root was reachable with the stored credentials. Read-only probe — it touches nothing.
