Attribute of a shift definition that listShiftDefinitions can be ordered by.

Values

Value	Description	Deprecated
CREATED_AT	Order by when the definition was created; the key the pagination walks when no sort term is given, newest first.
NAME	Order by the shift's label, so the list reads alphabetically rather than by time of day.
START_TIME	Order by the stored 24-hour "HH:mm" start time, compared as text. That matches clock order within a day, but an overnight shift still sorts under the evening hour it starts at, not under the morning it ends in.
