Input for creating a schedule scenario

Fields

name	String!		Human-facing label for the scenario. Cannot be blank.
planningHorizonEnd	ISO8601		ISO-8601 timestamp at which the planning window closes. Must be strictly after planningHorizonStart when both are given.
planningHorizonStart	ISO8601		ISO-8601 timestamp at which the planning window opens. Omit for an unbounded horizon.
scope	ScheduleScope		GLOBAL (whole plant) or PARTIAL (one production cell). Defaults to GLOBAL when omitted.
status	ScheduleStatus		Lifecycle status to start in. Defaults to DRAFT when omitted.
targetProductionCellId	ProductionCellID		TypeID of the production cell to confine the scenario to (prefix "pcl"). Required when scope is PARTIAL.
version	Int		Planner-assigned revision number. Must be at least 1; defaults to 1 when omitted.
