Lifecycle status of an edge app row

Values

Value	Description	Deprecated
DEPRECATED	Frozen, older. Kept for installations pinning the version; doesn't show up in the default app catalogue.
DRAFT	Mutable working copy. At most one DRAFT per (tenant, handle).
PUBLISHED	Frozen, latest. At most one PUBLISHED per (tenant, handle); publishing a draft auto-deprecates the prior PUBLISHED.
