The start of an OAuth consent flow: where to send the user, and the draft backend the callback will complete.

authorizationUrl	String!		The provider's consent-screen URL the client must send the user to. Carries a signed, short-lived state token binding the flow to this tenant, provider and draft backend; visiting it is what grants the tokens.
pendingBackendId	StorageBackendID!		TypeID (sbk_ prefix) of the draft backend row created up front for this flow. It stays NEEDS_REAUTHORIZATION until the OAuth callback completes it; if the user abandons consent, this id is what you delete.
