A capability assigned to a work center with optional constraints

constraints	[CapabilityConstraintScalar!]		Constraint URIs bounding how this work center can exercise the capability (e.g. "cap:maxSubstrateDimensions:720:1020", "cap:supports:perfecting"). Null or empty means the capability is offered without recorded limits; every entry must parse as a known constraint URI.
createdAt	ISO8601!		ISO 8601 timestamp of when the capability was first assigned to the work center.
id	WorkCenterCapabilityID!		TypeID of this work-center/capability assignment (prefix "wcc").
updatedAt	ISO8601!		ISO 8601 timestamp of the last change to this assignment's capability or constraints.
workCenterId	WorkCenterID!		TypeID of the work center that offers the capability (prefix "wcr").
