Result of the quoting readiness check: whether the tenant's cost configuration is complete enough for automated quoting, plus the gaps that prevent it.

configuredOperationKinds	[String!]!		Supported operation kinds that already have an active operation-to-cost-category mapping. Sorted alphabetically.
isReady	Boolean!		True only when every work-center-supported operation kind is mapped to a cost category, every referenced category has a current rate, and at least one work center with capabilities exists. False means automated quoting will be incomplete.
summary	String!		One-sentence, user-facing verdict suitable for display in a setup wizard — either confirmation that costing is complete or the most relevant next action.
unconfiguredOperationKinds	[String!]!		Supported operation kinds with no active cost mapping. Non-empty here blocks readiness — each one must be mapped to a cost category. Sorted alphabetically.
unsupportedOperationKinds	[String!]!		Operation kinds registered in the vertical but no work center has a matching capability. Informational — does not block readiness.
warnings	[String!]!		Human-readable diagnostics describing each gap found (missing work centers, missing categories, missing rates, mappings for unregistered operation kinds). Empty when nothing is wrong.
