The note at the hub of the captured subgraph.

Fields

concept	ConceptRefInput		The concept the note is about, when kind is CONCEPT (an existing concept or a payload alias).
entityId	ID		The entity the note is about, when kind is ENTITY — a TypeID (e.g. "wcr_01K…"), whose prefix names the entity kind.
kind	KnowledgeAttachmentKind!		Whether the note attaches to a concept or an entity.
provenance	KnowledgeProvenance		How the note originated; defaults to MANUAL.
scope	KnowledgeScope		Visibility once live; defaults to PERSONAL. A trusted import may write straight to TENANT.
status	KnowledgeStatus		Review status; defaults to LIVE. The LLM capture path passes PENDING so an agent-distilled note awaits human confirmation before it surfaces.
