Input for creating a work center device binding

Fields

deviceId	DeviceID!		TypeID (prefix dev) of the controller device to bind it to.
isActive	Boolean		Whether the binding may be used straight away. Defaults to true.
priority	Int		Preference rank (0 = preferred). Defaults to 0.
workCenterId	WorkCenterID!		TypeID (prefix wcr) of the work center to bind.
