CreateWarehouseStockInput

Type: Input

Input for createWarehouseStock: a new stock record is always created, with a server-assigned WarehouseStock TypeID, in the caller's tenant.

Fields

batchNumber	String		Supplier or production batch/lot number this stock belongs to. Null when the item is not batch-tracked.
expiryDate	ISO8601		ISO-8601 timestamp at which this batch expires. Null when the item does not expire.
lastCountedAt	ISO8601		ISO-8601 timestamp of the most recent physical stock count of this record. Null when it has never been counted.
locationId	WarehouseLocationID!		WarehouseLocation TypeID (wlc_…) of the location holding this stock.
notes	String		Free-text operator notes about this stock record.
quantity	Float!		Quantity on hand at the location, expressed in unit. Must not be negative.
reservedQuantity	Float		Portion of quantity already committed to jobs and therefore not available. Must be between 0 and quantity. Defaults to 0 when omitted.
stockableId	String!		TypeID of the catalog entity of stockableType being stocked (e.g. the substrate or component record). Resolved through the vertical's stockable resolver; ids it cannot resolve are still stored and surfaced as an unresolved stockable marker.
stockableType	StockableType!		Kind of item being stocked; with stockableId it identifies the polymorphic catalog entity this row counts.
unit	MeasurementUnit		Unit of measure for quantity, reservedQuantity and availableQuantity (e.g. SHEET, KG, PC). Defaults to PC when omitted.
