A committed lifecycle status transition delivered via subscription

actorId	String		The acting principal, as a UserID TypeID (e.g. "usr_01K…"). Always a user, even when actorType is SYSTEM — a bot user is classified SYSTEM but still acts as its own user record. Null for a transition with no principal.
actorType	String!		Immediate principal kind
entityId	String!		The transitioning entity's id, as a TypeID (e.g. "job_01K…").
entityType	String!		Entity kind (JOB, ORDER, OPERATION, SHIPMENT, COMPONENT, or custom)
fromState	String		Previous state (null on the entity's first transition)
occurredAt	String!		ISO8601 business time of the transition
originId	String		Id of the origin surface. Always null today: the origin surface is not yet populated on the write path, so no transition carries one.
originType	String		Ingest/UI surface the transition arrived through
reason	String		Free-text justification supplied by the caller, when given.
toState	String!		New state
userId	String		Responsible human, when known, as a UserID TypeID.
