UpsertStorageBackendInput

Create-or-update input for a storage backend: creates when id is omitted, updates the named row when it is present. Flat by kind — the resolver promotes the matching fields into the kind's config, and ignores the others.

description	String		Free-text note; null clears it.
id	StorageBackendID		TypeID (sbk_ prefix) of the backend to update. Omit to create a new one; supplying an id that isn't this tenant's is a "not found" error.
name	String!		Name for the backend. Required on both create and update — it is not patch-merged.
