rotation	Float!		Rotation in degrees (0 or 180) for head-to-foot imposition
trimHeight	Length!		Trim height (= finished height, mm)
trimWidth	Length!		Trim width (= finished width, mm)
trimX	Length!		Trim box origin X (mm)
trimY	Length!		Trim box origin Y (mm)
width	Length!		Full cell width including bleed (mm)
