One planned production step in a plan upsert/create. Positional: an edge refers to a step by its index in the plannedOperations list.

capabilityId	CapabilityID!		TypeID of the capability (cpb_…) the work centre running this step must possess. Pins the step to a class of resources.
concreteKind	OperationKind!		Concrete kind of work performed, from the vertical's operation-kind catalog (e.g. printing, folding, binding).
estimatedDurationMinutes	Int!		Estimated run time in minutes, excluding setup. Must be non-negative.
name	String!		Human-readable name of the step. Must not be blank.
operationId	OperationID!		TypeID of the job operation (opr_…) this step realises. Rejected if it does not belong to the plan's job.
productionQuantity	Int		Units this step is planned to produce. Omit when the step's quantity is not planned; must be non-negative.
setupDurationMinutes	Int		Make-ready time in minutes before the run. Defaults to 0 when omitted.
sortOrder	Int		Ordering position within the plan. Defaults to the operation's index in this list when omitted.
