Scheduling preferences to apply to one existing operation while upserting a job's operation graph. Carries no edge information — it patches the operation node itself.

operationId	OperationID!		TypeID (prefix opr) of an existing operation of the job. Operations are not created here — ids that do not belong to the job are ignored.
requestedWorkCenterId	WorkCenterID		Preferred work center (TypeID, prefix wcr) for scheduling this operation. Null clears any existing preference.
