Type: Object
A posted actual cost against a cost center and category. These transactions provide the ground truth for financial reporting, margin analysis, and estimate-vs-actual comparisons in a print MIS. Each entry records amount, date incurred, and notes, and links to the relevant ERP structures for accurate rollups and dashboards.
